About

Mr. Bharat Engleng was born and brought up in a remote village named Nabahatia, which is located in the district of Morigaon, Assam. Post his matriculation he completed his higher secondary from Guwahati College, Assam. Later he pursued, BSc in Biotechnology degree from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. He completed his Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Pondicherry University. Although he enrolled for PhD program at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru, he dropped it and joined at the Dept. of Biotechnology, Darrang College for a brief stint. Mr. Engleng also has a feather in his hat of qualifying the prestigious state civil service examination (APSC-2020) in the ACS category.
