Anamika brings a wealth of experience from the Clinical
Research industry, having held diverse roles across Clinical
Operations and Project Management. She has contributed to
global drug and medical device trials in therapeutic areas such as
oncology, dermatology, orthopaedics, cardiology, and COVID-19
vaccine studies. Her recent MBA in Strategy from Aston
University, UK, further complements her strategic approach to
career development in clinical research.
Mridusmita, a certified HR fieneralist by the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM), currently serves as Senior
Executive – Human Resources at Integra Ventures. She oversees
HR operations across multiple national (fiuwahati, Delhi,
Bangalore, Kolkata) and international (Nairobi, Tashkent) offices.
With extensive experience in talent acquisition—especially within
the healthcare management sector—she brings deep insight into
what recruiters look for and how professionals can position
themselves effectively. Her background includes working with
companies ranging from startups to large-scale organizations in
both India and the USA.
