Research Experience 

1. Acted as  ICMR-SRF from 1-11-2008 to 20-12-2009 in  LNJP hospital, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and worked on "Hepatitis E related pregnancy", under the supervision of Prof Premashis Kar, former Dean of Medical Sciences, Delhi University.

Expertise: Real Time PCR techniques for viral load estimation, genotyping of Hepatiti E Virus, ELISA, gradient PCR, Immunohistochemistry

2. Acted as ICMR-SRF from 1-09-2005 to 31-08-2008 in LNJP hospital, MAMC, New Delhi and worked on " Polymorphism of NAT2 gene in ATT Induced Hepatitis" under the supervision of Prof Premashis Kar, former Dean of Medical Sciences, Delhi University

Expertise: PCR-RFLP based analysis of NAT2 gene, nucleotide sequencing

3. Acted as DBT-JRF from 01-12-2004 to 29-08-2005 in IIT Guwahai and worked on "Construction of genomic library of soil microbial isolates" under the supervision of Prof A Ramesh, IIT Guwahati

 Expertise: metagenomic DNA isolation, PCR,  transformation and cloning experiments
